with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest
bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room with carpet
through out. Destin's Beach
is just steps away with a beautiful view from your
private balcony. All units are non-smoking.
Condo 314 has
recently been updated to include
a new flat
screen HDTV, new sofas and chairs, fresh paint, and new
decor in the living room. The kitchen was opened
to allow an open view into the living areas. The
kitchen was also repainted and features newly installed
recessed lighting. The dining room offers
reupholstered chairs and bar stools. Both
bedrooms offer new bedding and plantation shutters.
THE OWNER OF THIS CONDO HAS PROVIDED A FREE BEACH SET UP
FROM MID MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER FOR ALL HIS GUESTS THAT
STAY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. (THIS INCLUDES ONE
UMBRELLA AND TWO CHAIRS).
