Check in at or after 4:00 pm. If you plan to arrive early, please notify the Front Desk ahead of time.
If someone other than the registered guest will be arriving first, please make prior arrangements.
Check out is 10 am. A late checkout fee of $100 may be charged.

Advance payment of $400 required to hold the unit. Balance is due 30 days prior to check in. A valid credit card will be required to be shown at check in.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation notice is required 45 days or more prior to arrival date for daily and weekly rentals. A $75 processing fee will be applied to your account and the balance refunded. Long-term/seasonal reservations, which are stays 28 days or longer, must cancel by September 1st or 120 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations less than 45 days and greater than 30 days prior to your arrival date are subject to loss of full deposit.
Cancellations greater than 45 days prior to your arrival date are subject to $75 administration fee.
It is strongly encouraged that all guests purchase Travel Protection Insurance. The Islander does not give refunds for sickness, man-made and/or technological disasters.
Must be 25 to book, and have proof of age at check in! A 25 year old must be present during the entire stay.
Maximum occupancy 6.
Minimum stay 5 nights over 4th july.
