Islander Condo #105 is an East View, Platinum Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is perfect if you want to be near the pool and do not want to fight the stairs or elevator. It is 50 feet away from the pool and the patio steps on to grass. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.
The kitchen is recently renovated with an open bar, updated cabinets, granite countertops, GE stainless steel appliances, with large double door refrigerator with ice in the door and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area with new furniture to watch the 47” Smart TV with digital cable access and a Streaming Blue Ray player. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed with new, modern bedding, new mattress, new carpet and a 32" TV. The bathroom has updated vanity, marble countertops, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom boasts 2 twin sized beds with modern furnishings and a 27”TV with a Streaming Blue Ray player and a DVD/VCR combo. The guest bathroom has been updated with a new vanity, shower and marble countertops.

We stayed at the Islander resort for 3 days. It is located on the beach and you are provided an umbrella and 2 chairs.
There are 2 swimming pools and hot tubs.
Tennis court available but is was too Hutto play.
Waiting time for some restaurants was a hour to hour and half.
Don't be in a hurry. Enjoy your vacation.

The property was exactly as described and the location right on the beach was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk outside our door and either go to the swimming pool or the beach or watch the kids play football and kickball in the yard. We can't wait to go back!!!

The property was very clean and nice. The room was clean as well and had plenty of space. We stayed on the first floor and loved the convenience it allowed for. The staff was welcoming and kind! We also always look forward to seeing DJ Tanman on the beach! He makes it so fun!

Having the gate entry code into the property was very helpful as we didn't have to wait for someone to look us up and let us in. The check-in staff was extremely helpful and engaged us in conversation. Wayne was more than accommodating with helpful hints for our stay and provided us with a list of local restaurants. The unit was clean, well located and amply stocked with everything we needed, except, of course, our food. Wonderful experience.

Stayed at this exact same condo two years ago and could not believe how much it had run down. It was definitely not worth the platinum premium. Outlets that were loose from the wall, missing tiles, saggy worn out furniture, beds hard as rocks, cheap pillows, no dish drainer, no dishwasher cleaner, missing utensils, etc. To top it off we asked for a trash bags from the office (only had 2 bags for an 8 day visit) and were treated so badly by office you would have thought we were asking for gold.
