Welcome to the new, fully renovated Unit 109! We have recently
added many updated amenities to make your beach vacation as
enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
Condo 109 is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo that can
accommodate up to 6 guests. The unit features a king bed with
memory foam topper in the master suite, and the guest suite offers
a full bed and twin bunk beds. Crisp, clean, brand new bedding in
each room.
109 now offers luxury plank flooring throughout and freshly tiled
bathrooms. New stainless appliances and quartz countertops in the
fully stocked kitchen. Bathrooms feature quartz countertops. The
master en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and now includes a
new washer/dryer for private use. Freshly painted, new lighting,
new decor, and updated smart TV’s in every room with BluRay/DVD
player in the living room.
Islander Unit 109 is an East View. You will avoid the hassle of using
an elevator and enjoy opening your backdoor and finding yourself
steps away from the Islander’s heated pool and hot tub. Located on
the water and just a short walk from the private beach access, there
are no busy roads to cross when you stay at The Islander.
The Islander Resort boasts 2 swimming pools (1 heated in the
winter) and 2 hot tubs in addition to Complimentary Beach Service
for guests on the resort’s private beach during the months of March
to October. No need to pack your chairs and umbrella- you’ll be
treated to two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you each day
of your stay- away from the crowds of the public beaches.
Additionally, The Islander Resort offers an indoor fitness center, 2
impressive lighted tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts and one ½
basketball court. You can enjoy 2 shuffleboard courts, an outdoor
pavilion all while cooking the catch of the day on one of the 8
charcoal grills available on site. Towel and linen exchange is
complimentary on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
No Smoking in Units/Balcony • The Islander has designated
smoking areas • No Pets • No More than 6 ppl in a Unit • The
Islander has a Kids Club Program Free for all Guests (inquire @
Front Desk) or Ask a about our V.I.P List of Excursions/Restaurant
Discounts for Islander Renters Only • Guests have an initial setup of
paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guests will need to provide their
own for the remainder of the stay once depleted

My family (6,9 and 2 adults) had a wonderful time staying at the islander. The first 3 days we were there we didn’t leave property! Enjoyed the beautiful beach, chairs/umbrella, ocean and pool. The facility seemed well kept. They had small kid activities every week day.

Start to finish the communication and staff effort was very good. The facility was in good shape.
Our unit was a little "tired" with paint missing in the guest bathroom and just generally needed a repaint.
The dish washer was very loud, but worked fine as did the other appliances.
The pots and pans were warped and needed replacement.
We LOVED the linen and towel exchange! And the ladies there were SO helpful and pleasant.
Overall it was a very good experience and we'll be back next year!

Wonderful convenient location! Beach is beautiful! Condo was on 1st floor which was conveniently located by pool, grill and beach walk!! Huge back patio! We had an amazing time! Restaurants and grocery are so close! We will be back! Thank you to the sweetest staff too! We loved the laundry exchange too.

We came to Islander for a vacation with friends, during the Pandemic. It was the perfect get away....perfect location. We loved being on the ground floor. Couldn't see the beach from the ground floor, but that was ok. We were at the beach every day. It was just a quick walk out to the sand. The only thing we wished it had was a washer and dryer. Every unit should be equipped with one. We didn't think we would need one, but with wet towels...YES!

As Always staying at the Islander was an excellent experience. The staff is always very courteous and friendly. If you need anything they are always willing to accommodate. Located right on the beach, with great beach attendants. We tried a unit on the first floor this visit and the price was excellent, (thank you Megan Pollak) however we did miss the balcony view this year! Highly recommend the Islander. We will return again next year.

My family and I always enjoy our stay at the Islander. And plan on going back again. However the first thing I will do next time staying is bring my own bed sheets and blankets. Our condo was clean, but the blanket on one of the beds was dirty. Otherwise our stay was wonderful. Front desk help was amazing and Allen, the attendant on the beach, was awesome!!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was pretty good for late November. 2 minor things: the kitchen did not have a toaster or over mitts(pot holders only)

This unit is so comfortable and has all the convenience for four people. We have stayed there for almost 30 years. The only complaint I have is the small shower head in the guest bathroom and the TV system in this unit. No instructions available and we had to get help from the office.

The unit had a bad smell to it. Could not describe other than a fish odor to it. We thought it may be the trash can but once it was replaced, the odor remained. Other then that, we had a great time. The staff were great and always helpful. We loved the unit being on the first floor s it made access to the beach and pool very easy. Will stay in this unit again. Thanks, Ray.

Alan whom worked Beach service is awesome ! Took care of our beach needs a the whole week Day he was off we missed him! Check in girl extremely friendly !
Elevators extremely hot! Electricity went out! Unit 109 master bathroom shower started spraying water out of nozel! Old bathtubs showers ! Industrial washer machine had been broken for several weeks! Pots and pans need to be non stick! Thank goodness we brought our own! Great location beautiful beaches. I'd stay again just not in unit 109 have to be better bathrooms !
Mattress was comfortable not the pull out sofa . Unit needs small vacuum n bathroom cleaner for a 7 night stay I'll keep in mind bring toilet bowl cleaner disinfectant.
If reminded the Islander yet wouldn't suggest elevator ride and rent platinum unit !

The convenience of the location of our condo was awesome! We could just walk right out from the back patio to the pool or the beach! No complaints what so ever on anything inside the condo either, it accommodated my family well!

There areaa lot of little things that need to be corrected in the Condo. No telephone instrutions, no TV instructions, blinds were broken, had to open by hand. Lamp on long table did not work. Shower heads are terrible. They need to be larger. Loved the new locks on the doors. Clerks at check in and check were wonderful We have stayed here for many years and love this place. Just needs to be a few updates to this condo. We will be back next years. Love it.

Our experience in unit 109 was great. We had a wonderful time. I will tell you that the dressers in the secondary bedroom should have been better. I suggest newer bedroom furniture and possibly a newer stove!!!
