Islander Condo #110 is a West View, Platinum Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is perfect if you want to be near the pool and do not want to fight the stairs or elevator. It is 50 feet away from the pool and the balcony steps on to grass. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.
The kitchen is recently renovated and open, with new appliances and granite countertops, and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the new dining room table that seats 6 with a bench or relax in the living area with new furniture to watch the 38”TV with digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed with new, modern bedding, and a 22" TV. The bathroom has been recently been updated with new vanity, countertops with double sinks, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom boasts 2 twin sized beds with modern furnishings a 22” TV and a DVD player. The guest bathroom has been updated with a new vanity and granite countertops.

The unit we stayed in was steps from the pool and just a short walk to the beach but the house was so perfect that we hung out there a lot. There are beach toys and chairs in the closet. Books to read on the shelf and more in the laundry room. DVD on the bookshelf and laundry room too! The beds were comfy. The kitchen fully stocked. If I ever go back to Destin, I would stay at this place again. We did not encounter a single negative thing at the rental.

Great stay! Comfortable unit stocked w/everything you need. Easy access to pool and beach. Beach service is a plus! The only thing missing is unit washer/dryer to avoid taking home wet suits!

Condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, updated appliances, and utensils.
Beds were comfortable, but the living room furniture needs updating.

Love the Islander, have stayed her many times in different units. The best of Holiday Isle in Destin
This unit is lovely and decorated tastefully.
The furnishings were good, and the master bed is so comfortable.
Two pools, two hot tubs and a beautiful stretch of beach - what else could we ask for.
Enjoyed the convenience of a ground floor unit - quick and easy access to the beach and pool.
Couldn’t ask for a better unit or place to stay on your next beach trip!

The actual unit was a bit outdated but was clean. Being on the 1st floor was very convenient. The islander as a whole was great. The only complaint I have is the laundry room was not kept (same left behind clothing stacked in the same place for a week) and more than 1/2 of the washers and dryers were broken. The staff was very friendly and was always helpful.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed out stay very much. Everyone was nice and the condo was well kept with all the things we needed for the week. I noticed the complaints in the review and it seems they took care of everything that was mentioned. We had no complaints and will definitely stay again!!

We thought the Islander was EXCELLENT! Location and accessibility to beach was great . Pools were nice and clean. Room had everything we could ever need for a stay. Although next time I think we will opt for a room with washer and dryer in the unit itself. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We’ve stayed here for the past 10 years and are so happy each and every time. The rooms are always clean and the amenities are nice. Having the umbrella and 2 chairs is very nice to have and not have to lag them back and forth from the room to the beach. The only recommendation I have is lowering the heat on the hot tubs, they were to the point of it being painful to get it. I met a few different families that felt the same as us concerning the hot tub.

Condo was ok but wasn’t platinum status. Condo needs a new mattress for the sofa sleeper. It was springs only, no one could sleep on it. New bedding comforters needed. The inside was coming out of the one in the 2nd bedrm. Rugs throughout the condo needed. No pot holders. The fridge did not get real cold.

I had an unfortunate accident upon arriving in Destin. I fell and had a head injury and 2 black eyes. I am thinking that people simply look away at such a least that was my experience. I felt the need to leave early due to my feeling invisible; I found it extremely uncomfortable. Being a very friendly and I was shocked by the spirit of rejection that came over me. I was grateful that Dear Hannah befriended me from the beginning and gave me an opportunity for a refund after talking to the general manager. A $200 refund for 4 nights seems very low but I am grateful for it.

Our rental was good except the refrigerator leaked, the oven did not cook well, the microwave did not function well. And the cookware was not the best to cook on.
Also the couch and love seat was very uncomfortable to sit on and enjoy.
We were sad that they were repairing the balconies during our stay but glad we got a extra discount.
We tried this condo but ended up not liking the location being so close to the laundry. A lot of people traffic and noise. But now we know.
The positives were the friendly staff and I cannot say enough nice things about Alan the young man who provided the beach service. He went over and beyond to helping everyone out on the beach.
We love the Islander and look forward to being back soon.

We had a great vacation as always at the Islander. The only complaint I can have is the couch in our unit was awful. The cushions kept sinking down into the pull out bed so it was never comfortable to sit on, not a huge deal but the only thing that was a negative.

Our family had an amazing time at the Islander in Destin Florida. The condo was very nice and clean. We will definitely be back. This unit walks out to the pool entrance and a short walk to the beach.
