The Islander 207 is located on the quiet Holiday Isle in Destin. This Platinum unit sleeps up to 6 people and is conveniently located on the second floor. Step onto the patio for panoramic views of the gulf!
This unit has been updated with new cabinetry and granite counters(2017) Walls have been painted a tranquil gray and new doors and woodwork were installed with a bright white finish(May 2022)
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything for your cooking needs. Standard and Keurig coffee makers are supplied. Dishes, pots and cutlery are all new or newer. A Crock Pot, air fryer and electric griddle are included along with a cooler and beach bag for your use during your stay.
The master bedroom features a new King size bed and 42” Smart TV with digital cable. The attached master bath has been completely remodeled with walk in shower, double sinks and granite tops.
The guest bedroom features two full sized beds and 32” Smart TV with digital cable. The guest bath has been completely remodeled to include new tile in the shower over the tub and a beachy textured LVP flooring(May 2022)
The living area has a new table and 6 chairs. The living room contains a brand new queen sized pullout sleeper and loveseat(May 2022) A brand new 55” Smart TV was installed in 2022.
The resort features 2 swimming pools with hot tubs and plenty of chairs for lounging. The East pool is heated as needed year round. Four beach towels are provided in unit for your use. All guests receive 2 complimentary beach chairs seasonally from March 1 thru October 31. Just see the beach attendant early to pick your spot! Only a few hundred feet down the beach from the Islander you can feel free to setup your own chairs and umbrella to watch the dolphins, boats coming in and out of the Harbor, and enjoy the sunset.
The Islander offers a variety of on site activities during your stay. See the front desk for weekly offerings!
This unit and the Islander have a no pet policy. No smoking or vaping in unit or on the balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Islander in unit 207. We have been coming to the Islanderr for over 12 years and always have a wonderful time. This unit was the best equiped unit by far. Thank you so much. Looking forward to meeting you and your family next year.

We have been staying at the Islander for over 10 years, and Unit 207 was beautiful. It was nicely updated, decorated, had comfortable beds, and the view was beautiful. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoy the 2 pools. We love eating at McGuire's Irish Pub and enjoy the Southern Star Dolphin cruise. Great vacation!

This is our second stay at The Islander and we will keep coming back. The location is amazing and the facilities are top notch. The rooms are always nice and clean. Five stars!
