Islander Condo #303 is an East View, Platinum Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.
The kitchen is recently renovated with new cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs Gather around the dining room table that seats 6, or relax in the living area to watch the 42” TV with DVD Player and digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, and a 32” TV. The bathroom has updated with a double vanity, granite countertops and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 Rattan twin sized beds with matching accent chair, and a 32” TV with a DVD player. The updated guest bathroom has an updated vanity, and a marble tub/ shower combo.
Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

From the moment we entered the gate into the parking lot to the last day of the vacation everything was wonderful. Friendly staff, clean and beautifully decorated condo, well manicured grounds, breathtaking views of the gulf, and great location to restaurants, shopping but not in a crowded area.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Our unit was super clean and great decor. The staff all was super nice and polite special thank you to (Maggie May) was super helpful on our check in and check out. This was a great experience for my family we felt safe and enjoyed everyday. Great week in a beautiful condo on an absolutely beautiful beach! Very relaxing. Love the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The Islander is very close to some really good restaurants. We’ve been coming to the Islander for 24 years and it never disappoints!

We had an amazing time at The Islander in Destin, FL! I cannot applaud them enough for cleanliness! This condo was spotless! Immaculate! I believe the description says it was recently renovated and the new décor and furniture is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. It is much prettier in person. Our children loved the pool and hot tub. It was always very clean and very well taken care of. All staff were super friendly and the beach access was perfect as well. We had our grandfather with us and the board walk down to the beach made it very easy for him to walk down. Not to mention, the beach and water were gorgeous! The owners of Unit 303 have outdone themselves. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this condo! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at the Islander as always. I've stayed their many times, for many years and each time we've had an amazing time. The room was fabulous, everything was close by and we anything we needed we had. I love staying at the Islander. The staff are extremely kind and go out of their way to take care of you. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful view, excellent management staff. the white sand beaches are beautiful. Perfect for family. The property is clean and well taken care of. I only recommend having a little more security at the main door and the balcony door so that it is not accessible to children. We truly loved this location! Highly recommend!

The condo was very nice though we had some issues with the tvs, which was eventually resolved by a member of the staff. It had been a very long time since batteries were changed out, which made many of the remotes inoperable. The condo was nice and well supplied with kitchen items. The property location was great being so close to the beach area. One major issue was the parking lot. We were on the outer edge of the hurricane so everyone was pretty much locked in until the heavy rain passed, however the property parking lot was another matter altogether. The lot was completely flooded for the five days after the rain. The pump system they were attempting to use was a real jury rigged outfit trying to draw the water down. Basically everyone was stranded with no way out for a couple of days, then we eventually were able to plow through the lower flooded area. I realize the event was not the property or managements fault, but certainly a better pump system would be a worthy expenditure. It could have been a real problem for anyone that had a medical issue or an emergency, since it was not possible to leave the property for two or more days. All that being said, we would return and stay here again as the location and condo was very nice, particularly access to the beach and surrounding restaurants and businesses.

We have stayed at The Islander each of last (20) years and have been very satisfied over the years.
The only issues were that the bed in the Master Bedroom was not very comfortable. Also, one of the rooms on the 4th floor had several teenagers playing loud music which was annoying to several families with young children.
We plan to continue to visit The Islander each year.

Beautiful condo and location by stairwell was very convenient for access to pool, beach, and parking lot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt it was our home away from home. We will be back. Staff was excellent and very helpful!

Our condo was very nice! The view was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. All the staff was really nice and Alan at the beach service was very friendly and helpful. I loved having the laundry exchange. The barbecue area was nice and always clean. The pool area was my daughters favorite part. The resort was kept in great condition. We will definitely be back!

We have been coming to the Islander for 13 years and always enjoyed it very much but this time there was a problem. Due to work being done we were unable to use the balcony of unit 303. One of the things we enjoyed most at the Islander was setting on the balcony reading and having coffee in the morning. All though we received a $84.00 discount we would have much rather had the use of the balcony. We still plan to return in the future but we were very disappointed during this stay.

It was super nice and clean ! When we walked in we were very pleasantly suprised how accurate it was to the pictures shown! We also had a beautiful view of the ocean. Room 303 at the islander is my for ever spot.
