Islander Condo #304 is an East View, Silver Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.
The kitchen is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the new dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area to watch the 32” TV with DVD Player and digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.
The master bedroom boasts a new king size bed, plantation shutters, and a 22” TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combo. The nautical themed guest bedroom has 1 twin sized bed AND 1 queen sized bed for extra comfort!!! The guest bedroom also includes an accent chair, and a 22” TV with a DVD player. The guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combo.
Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

Great place! Fantastic views and easily accessible via stairs which we used instead of the elevator. Very nicely decorated and the kitchen was easy to navigate and use! We will be back for sure!!!

Great place lots of space. The rug in the living room was pretty warn and dirty looking but other than that no complaints.

We loved the room . Was very clean and the staff was very nice . Only downside was the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that it was awesome and we loved it and can’t wait to come back

Been to the islander many times, and this was a first class unit. We had a great time as usual. Front desk people highly professional and met every request.

Overall the stay was great. The only complaint I have is that when I arrived the property lot was flooded. I had called that morning and was assured all would be ok when I arrived that afternoon. Upon arrival I was afraid that I could not enter the parking lot and wasn’t sure what to do. I spoke with the desk through the intercom system and was informed they tried to contact me. I had no phone calls or voice mails from anyone at this location. Otherwise the condo was excellent and service was phenomenal after that.

This is my 10th winter stay at the Islander Resort in Destin and my second year in Condo 304. As was expected, beautiful view, condo fully equipped, clean conditions and the best staff ever. Thanks to Megan and her staff, it was a fun filled year of activities and parties put on by the Snowbird Committee and the Islander.

Everything was perfect! I live across the road from the Islander and didn't have enough room for family visiting for 2 weeks from UK. I had booked very early and got a great deal. The fam loved everything and enjoyed the pool and other amenities. The view was amazing. The accommodations were just what I requested, and spotless. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

The unit and property were well maintained and my wife is quite, um, discerning when it comes to cleanliness. We felt very safe and secure. The floor did make a bit of a crackling noise ... think of stepping on a rice krispie every here or there. Kitchen and baths were functional but outdated compared to rest of suite. Overall, quite nice. Great view from the balcony where we watched dolphins. Pools are nice enough. There is the annoying "put a towel on a chair at 6AM and not show up until afternoon" trend. Beach was very nice and attendants were great. Would visit again.

My husband and I had never been to Destin before so knowing what condos to stay at required some research. This condo was perfect! It was only a very small walking distance to the beach. The condo was very nice and clean. Full kitchen so we could cook all of our meals. Maybe a 5-10min drive to the harborwalk and most popular spots in Destin. Across the street was target and grocery store which was convenient. Condo staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay at 304 again when we go back to Destin!

We had a great time. We could not get the TV's to work. Your staff responded quickly and had them working. The condo is in need of new carpet but was very clean. I thought the beach towels were a great touch. I also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella.

This was the most enjoyable rental experience I have ever had. The location is great, the grounds and amenities are wonderful and the unit that we rented was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend the Islander to anybody heading to Destin.
