Islander Condo #312 is a West View, Gold Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.
The kitchen is recently renovated with new cabinets and granite countertops, and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs Gather around the dining room table that seats 6, or relax in the living area on updated furniture to watch the 42” TV with a DVD Player combo and digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, and a 24” TV and DVD Player. The bathroom has a new vanity with granite countertops and a tub/ shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 twin sized beds and a 24” TV/ DVD Combo with ipod dock. The guest bathroom has a new vanity with granite countertops and a tub/ shower combo.
Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

The resort was really nice and great location on the beach. Super clean and very friendly staff. Our unit was really comfy and I felt at home.would love the owners to list their reccomeded and activities along with restaurants and some to go menus to look at.

Unit 312 was a very nice unit. It was clean and nicely equipped. The view of the sunset, from the balcony, was amazing. We will definitely be staying there again.

A great time with **** and Connie Bohling and their friends. Although Destin is cooler than all other Florida destinations we have experienced it makes up for that with it’s beauty and atmosphere. The colors in 312 are warm and it is nicely decorated. Please note there are no grab bars in the bathrooms and the living area carpet needs a good shampooing. We would highly recommend the “Islander” to our friends and are looking forward to coming there in the future. Sorry to report we forgot to remove the sheets and pillowcases from the king bed hope this doesn’t give us a bad mark.

My only complaint with our unit is the pantry was so full with kitchen essentials, that we had no room to store food, paper products etc. We had to put things on the counter and top of refrigerator which then limited our counter space.

We loved how the Unit felt like home. It was cozy, clean and had everything that we needed. Even if it didn’t have complete beach view, it had some it still was so close to the beach. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. We had a fabulous time.

The place that we booked was wonderful. The condo was great. The location was great. We felt like we were in a secure place. Have already considered booking for our next trip to Destin if available.

Our unit was very clean and came with plenty of space to sleep 6 people. Only recommendation is to bring a mattress pad for the pull out bed or an air mattress instead. That bed is very uncomfortable. Also the unit does not come with enough toilet paper, so bring extra. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. There was however plenty of towels for 6 people and the walk to the beach was a short walk!

Our short trip to Destin was exactly what our family needed. The condo was super cute in accurate to the pictures. You’re located right on the beach with a couple of pools and close proximity to everything in Destin The beach a tenant went above and beyond to make you feel welcome The front desk staff was amazing and the entire experience and our interaction with the owner what is beyond our expectations

Clean and comfortable. Master bedroom was plenty big. Cheerfully decorated. Front desk staff were awesome. One of the most reasonable rates we found. Cheaper than a hotel with huge fees.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The carpet needs cleaning, the mattresses are not very comfortable and need to be replaced, and the “view”

The rental was exactly what we needed for our family of 5. Great rooms, great kitchen, good size living area. We loved the beach and the 2 pools and the pavilion area. Beautiful sunset views of the harbor pass and pretty beach houses.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Islander. The location is so nice - off the main strip, but still very close to all shopping and activities. There are two pools and the beach is so close that walking is no issue. The beach set up for two that is included is really nice as well! Unit 312 was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip. The carpet is a little worn, but that didn't bother us as it seemed clean. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Thanks for a great stay!
