Islander Condo #313 is a West View, Platinum Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.
The kitchen has been updated with maple cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless- steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the cozy living area to watch the 42” SMART TV with Streaming Blue Ray Player and digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.
The master bedroom boasts a new king size bed, plantation shutters, and a 32” TV and Blue Ray player. The updated bathroom offers a new maple double vanity with quartz countertops and a walk- in shower. The guest bedroom has been updated with a new queen bed and an 18” TV with a DVD player. A pack ‘n play is also located in the guest room closet, for our smallest guests. The guest bathroom has a new vanity and marble tub/ shower combo.
Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

Rental experience was amazing. Wish there would’ve been more for kiddos and I was thinking washer/dryer was in our unit but it wasn’t. Luckily they had change on site for their laundry area. Also, I thought there was an actual tiki bar-but it was just a high top table with chairs you could’ve used. Other than that, very lovely place and staff was always welcoming and nice.

My sister and I had a nice time on our week visit to Destin. The condo was in very nice condition and very clean. Would not want to be right over the pool next time. And we thought we had a gulf view and sunset view. The view between a number of buildings was not what we expected. Two suggestions are 1) some space in the kitchen cabinets or pantry to store food we brought with us would be convenient; and 2) a few coffee filters at least for the 1st morning would be great. The very nice woman at the front desk gave me a few to get me by.

We had a great time staying at the Islander. The room was very clean, efficient and the location could not have been better. The other guests were friendly and fun. I love the pools and being right on the gulf. We will be returning to the Islander.

Unit was clean and very nicely finished. Probably wouldn't stay above 2nd floor again. View was okay .. especially on fireworks night BUT elevators can get congested during peak check-out and check-in times.

We had the best time! Can’t wait to come back next year!! It was so close to the beach, beautiful views. A clean, beautiful unit, that was very welcoming. The pools were also nice! We loved the 2 complimentary beach chairs everyday, at the beach!!

Had a great week in this unit. We always stay at the Islander, only thing it needs is more utensils and fix squeaky master bed. Great unit!

We have stayed at The Islander for the past 25 years, great time as usual. The only problem we encountered on this trip was leaving something in room at check out. I forgot a $250 pair of sunglasses as we left at 5:00 AM to return home. Called that evening and was told housekeeping had not found any sunglasses. Someone in housekeeping is enjoying a pair of Costa’s.

Very clean and well equipped to cook in the Condo. Spacious and enjoyed the view of the Pool. Grounds were well kept, front desk personnel very helpful, fast and friendly.

We had a great time. It was a lot less crowded due to school being in session. Weather was great. Only one day of rain. The water was clear and calm. The condo was terrific. And Alan on the beach was great as always.

Really enjoyed this condo! The area was fantastic! Condo conditions were excellent! We definetly would stay here again. One of the elevators was down, but walking the stairs was good exercise. Overall wonderful accommodations. Can’t say enough!!

Family of 4 renting for 4 nights seeking beautiful beaches and comfortable accommodations. We were not disappointed with Islander or the unit. The beach access was very close and the beach chairs with umbrella a wonderful amenity. The two pools were well maintained. We enjoyed them in the evenings. One night, a movie was shown at the pool. Enjoyed by the entire family. The unit was very clean, well appointed, nicely furnished and decorated and provided a nice view of the pool, a small lake and the beach. Our only negative was that the vacuum cleaner was not well suited to cleaning up sand on tile. We are diligent shoe removers indoors, and although we vacuumed daily, our feet felt gritty and sand got in the beds. Mats for wiping feet might have been helpful too. The staff was always helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Being on Holiday Isle, the complex is removed from the main thoroughfare of Destin so it is quiet, but scant minutes by car to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Overall great stay, great rental.

The condo was absolutely perfect. There wasn’t anything I would have wanted any different. The condo was beautiful and was just as described. The rental process was a breeze. The staff at the Islander was very friendly.

First of all we love the unit 313, very cleaned and very nicely decorated. But however was very disappointed we're not able to use the balcony! I was told that we could use it between 6 and 9am and after 6pm,but we had NO furniture and the contractors begin working at 6:45 in the morning! I did talk to,the front destroy people about it but they really didn't seem like it was that big of thing! Yes we did get 20% off but I really feel like it should have been more off! We had this room booked for 6months, we like staying here because we have 6 other couples that come also. I just felt like we're not told the truth when it came to keeping are reservations!
