Islander Condo #314 is a West View, Silver Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.
The kitchen is recently renovated with new slate gray appliances and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area on updated furniture to watch the 42” Smart TV with a DVD Player combo and digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, and a 28” TV and DVD Player. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a 24” TV and DVD player, The guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combo.
Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The unit was clean, in good condition, well equipped and had a great view of the beach. The last night of our stay we walked down to the jetty and saw the most amazing dolphin hunting spree- there must have been at least 20 dolphins and many babies. It was a treat to see for our last night's stay. The Islander is a nice family place to stay. We enjoyed the pools, hot tub and beach. We will be back!

It was fantastic. My only issue is our view to the beach wasn't the best due to Jetty east . But other then that the stay was wonderful .

The location is BEAUTIFUL!!! Located near everything yet secluded enough to not have to hear the noises traffic of the Main Street. Very pleased with the vacation rental! The staff cleaned the pool every morning, the grounds were kept cleaned and the staff was very friendly!! The rental itself was very nice and cozy. Perfect size to fit a family. I would deff be back here at the islander

We had a wonderful recent stay at the Islander Unit 314. The unit is in great shape and is well-maintained. This was our second stay in this same unit and we were impressed at how well this property is managed. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was really helpful! When a death in our family caused our stay to be interrupted, they were flexible and accommodating to enable us to finish our stay at a later date. We highly recommend!

The grounds and the room were just as expected, great. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The other guest were nice & friendl. The weather (thank You, God) was perfect.
I guess my only complaint would be the smokers. If there was a designated smoking area, they apparently didn't know where it was. I'm sure the issue would have been taken care of by the management if I would have reported it, but I just avoided them.

We rented this unit as a girl’s getaway for my family. We loved every minute of it. The unit was clean and met all of our needs. I honestly don’t have any complaints outside of the pull out couch being pretty lousy (but aren’t they all?). The grounds were very well maintained and the walk to the beach/beach access was a breeze and made the stay well worth it. We will definitely be back!

Winter back home was one for the record books..we had about 5 feet of we were very happy to get to stay in our 314 unit once again for the duration of winter. It was quiet, relaxing and a feeling of coming back home. There were only minor issues we overcame in our unit. The Islander staff was very helpful and friendly as usual.

The location was excellent and while not right on the beach, it was only about a 2 minute walk so was very convenient. Most of the staff was very friendly and the unit was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Overall very nice stay as usual. Would like to add, some painting needs to be done to the baseboards and in entry hallway...furniture and beds very comfortable..bathrooms need updating/cleaning...appliances worked well as well as furnace...which we needed in Jan :-)

Overall experience was great. Only issue was that the TV in the living room area has screen damage. Watchable but shows a discolored blob. I think a disclaimer stating that the property is under renovation would prepare customers on the loud construction going on.

Wasn't very clean even after they came and clean floors in 313 and a musty smell. In 314 had dirty blanket pillows on couch look like it had boogers on them.
We didn't find out about them not supplying toilet tissue and soap till after booking our room. Also after being dissatisfied on the cleanliness of the rooms we got charged for a lost plastic key of 25 dollars that probably cost 5. Also the peel exchange is ridiculous.

In the past we vacationed at The Islander in Destin with family and friends, but the last 10 years our busy lives kept us away.
