Islander Condo #315 is a West View, Gold Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.
The open kitchen is recently renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel and black appliances, and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area on updated furniture to watch the 48” TV with a DVD Player and digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.
The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, and a 32” TV and DVD Player. The bathroom has updated vanity with granite countertops and a double vanity and a tub/ shower combo. The guest bedroom has a king sized bed and a 32” TV with DVD player. The guest bathroom has an updated vanity with granite countertops and a tub/ shower combo.
Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

We spent a week in Destin and had a glorious time. As expected, it went WAY too fast! We very much enjoyed the condo. It was exactly as advertised; beds were very comfortable!

Wonderful place! Very roomy, bedrooms and bathrooms were seperate enough for privacy, 2 seperate families. Beautiful view lots of water activity and even got to see some sea life whole out swimming on beach. Highly recommend. Our ages ranged from mid 40s down to 4yo. Ready to return

This rental was perfect for our family trip! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and there was plenty of room without anyone feeling crowded. Super clean, great experience, and very affordable.

We had a great time despite Hurricane Ida's effect with the pounding waves, rain and wind. The condo was what we expected. Only problem was the dishwasher wouldn't fully drain. Even after your repair man worked with it, it wouldn't fully drain. Kendall and the staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the guitar entertainment by the pool too.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Islander. Please note that they only provide a very minimal amount of soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper etc. It is slightly inconvenient considering if you’re flying for vacation you don’t typically pack those types of items in your bag. For the cost of the room, you would think they would be a little less stingy. But overall, the views are wonderful, the beach is very close, the staff was kind. It was a perfect spot for our getaway.

Our stay was awesome. The staff and other vacationers were extremely friendly. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, we watched the facilities personnel thoroughly clean the common areas each morning. This was very comforting and appreciated. The floor in our unit could have been cleaner but that one small issue was not enough to make the stay unbearable. We will definitely stay at the Islander again.

Easy check in. The only thing that was wrong was the mattress in the master it would sink down in the middle it was terrible definitely needs replaced. Everything else was perfect.

This rental was nice for the price. Very clean. We had a blast. The beach is nice. Alan at that works at the chair service is so nice. The beach was no toverly crowded and the front desk staff is upper friendly. I will definitely return.

We’ve been coming to the Islander for five years and love the property and the location. This room could use some serious updating and I don’t feel as though it should be listed as Silver. The bathrooms aren’t updated. The furniture and decor is outdated. The bed in the main bedroom had a two inch foam topper and was extremely uncomfortable. I’m sure I’ll be back but will not stay in this unit.

Great property! Great room! Great amenities! However I don't plan to stay again.
I would not sign HOA agreement agreeing to waive my right to dispute charges placed on my credit card after I left. Even though having this policy, reported repairs were not done and an inventory of contents could not be provided. We were in fear during the whole stay. I will look elsewhere for more reasonable contract.

We are sorry to hear about your concern regarding the lease agreement. However, if you had an issue with it, you really should have asked to speak with management. In regards to the two reports you made, the first was tended to and corrected the same day and the second is a specialty order item which did not effect the use of microwave.

Room was good, a few improvements are needed given the rating of thevroom. For example the ceiling in the hall bathroom needs to be looked at, also the kitchen utensils should be replenished as there was not a peeler available to use.

This was our second time staying at the Islander. We love Destin and the Islander's location. The second stay though, was less than my expectations. The carpet in this unit was worn and pretty dirty. The "gated community", was only a locked gate on the weekends which was very upsetting. Our first stay 2 years ago, the gate was always locked and we had to use our code to get in and out. Finally, we saw several roaches near the garbage shoots--common I'm sure, but you'd think they would have an exterminator take care of this bug problem. Over all, we really like the Islander and would stay again, just need a few things taken addressed.
