Welcome to Islander 317- a gorgeous platinum unit !!! Walk out to the beach, relax on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf, or enjoy the local water parks, restaurants, shopping, and night life!
We have private beach access which is only a short walk from the Islander lobby. Complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella is available March-October. You can also rent paddle boards and kayaks on the beach.
Our unit is located on the 3rd floor, and was fully renovated in 2015. It has cool, clean tile flooring throughout, granite countertops and appliances, new bedding and new furnishings in the dining room and master bedroom. It is a two bedroom-two bath condo that sleeps 6. The sofa in the living room folds out to a queen size sofa sleeper. There are 3 televisions - a 55” flat screen (with Blu-Ray player) in the living room and a 32” flat screen in each bedroom. There is a workout room complete with a treadmill, elliptical machine, and two upper body resistance machines next to the front desk in the lobby. We also have two swimming pools (one of which is heated), several outdoor grills, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and a basketball court.
Our unit is part of The Islander rental program which means you receive all of the services the resort provides, including 24 hour front desk service during the summer months. Activities for kids are available during peak summer season, including painting on the beach, exotic animal shows, and more!
No Smoking in Units/Balcony • The Islander has designated smoking areas (Inquire @ Check-in) • No Pets • No More than 6 ppl in a Unit • The Islander has a Kids Club Program Free for all Guests (inquire @ Front Desk) or Ask a about our V.I.P List of Excursions/Restaurant Discounts for Islander Renters Only • Guests have initial set up of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guests will need to provide their own for the remainder of the stay once depleted.

My husband and I are both retired and we travel with our best friends of over 30 years. Our annual trip is almost always a week in Florida in early May before the kids are out of school. We stayed at Inlet Reef in 2021 and were planning to stay there. Prices were high. Then we found The Islander!! Our first time be it will not be the last time! We all four loved it! Your employees were the best. From the front desk to the grounds keeper to the guy on the beach. We hoping to be in 517 in 2023. We have already checked it out. Just waiting on the prices! The place is in a great location and was remodeled/updated - looked great. However, I wish I’d paid more attention to the listing because there’s no washer or dryer in the unit. There is a laundry room onsite, however, but it was a minor inconvenience. Other than that it was a great unit. The property itself is decent, but it rained a lot and the parking lot flooded severely - some cars were partially submerged. But this didn’t negatively affect our unit.

Islander #317 was immaculate! We really enjoyed the condo! It was clean, comfortable and cozy. You are very close to the beach! The restroom at the pool is close to the beach, so you don’t have to go back to your room if you’re in need. I would definitely stay here again! The entire complex is clean and very well maintained.

Everything was great... Perfect for a wedding weekend on site. My kids enjoyed the twin beds and the step ladder for my little one because she could reach the sink. The only issue was the kind bed was quite noisy, not uncomfortable but not solid. Beware or lizards and frogs one landed on my arm. Lol Other than that Everything was great.

We checked in at 3:00pm and received complete instructions on our week long stay. The condo was beautiful, it had a Keurig, yay! and lots of utensils in the kitchen. This was perfect because we cooked quite a bit and didn't want to have to go to restaurants. I love this location because you are high enough to see the bay/ocean views and see all the grounds below if you have children or family playing around the pavilion where we cooked out most of the time. Everything was spotless and lovely. Great location and close to the stairs for my daily exercise. The trash collection is close to so we didn't have to travel far to dispose of it. I would stay here again. It has twin beds in the spare room, so, we will need a queen bed next visit, and have to stay in a different unit. But, I would certainly come here again!

This condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach. The picture make it appear like a long walk but it’s not. It is close to the stairs so if you prefer the elevator it’s a little bit of a walk. The condo had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated. I read the other reviews and agree the mattress in the master bedroom is hard. However it’ is difficult to please all sleeping types. The rug did have some spill spots. We would stay here again.

Eventful fun, beautiful beaches! The islander was very convenient most of the people that worked there were very nice. We have a great time. The beach was be updated the whole time we were here. Then the tropical storm came through.

Relaxed, we had a superb experience while stying at the Islander. The apartment was clean an well suited for a escape to the sea. The overall experience was excellent, except for the mattresses in the beds, they need to be replaced. View was spectacular and room was just as seen on the pictures, spot on!!

This rental was beautifully decorated & plenty spacious enough for our crew of 5. We used the included beach service daily & the owners provided extra beach chairs & an umbrella in the condo. The beach was just a short walk (perfect weather), the 2 pools were clean & not busy (one was heated). It was perfect!

The staff at the Islander are very friendly. It is very clean and well-maintained. It is at the close proximity to everything we wanted to do. The beach was great and the outdoor pool and Whirlpool were toasty warm for us in the winter.

We enjoyed our trip very much! The owners did a great job with communicating even the smallest details, which made the arrival and checkin flow smoothly. The room was just as beautiful as described on the web site. The view was a split/partial view of the gulf but nothing less than awesome. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and we never had to wait to receive service(umbrella and chairs) while at the beach. It was everything we hoped for and we will return next year!!
