Our condo is located on Holiday Isle and is situated on the Gulf. It is a non-smoking unit and also is equipped with a UV Air Purification system. This unit features two bedrooms with a queen bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the guest room. 32' TV, two baths, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa 42' TV. There are three TV's, two of which are HDTV flat-screens, and two DVD players. This unit is also equipped with wireless internet access, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and ice-maker.
Enjoy crystal-clear waters, sugar-sand beaches and sunset views that will take your breath away, right from our balcony! Unit 512 was professionally renovated and refurnished. Decorated with colors collected from the sea, this beautiful condominium warmly invites you with sea-glass and sun-kissed colors. The furnishings are contemporary and clean lined with beautiful and unique appointments.
This condo is located in the heart of Destin, Florida yet situated on Holiday Isle giving our guests a more private atmosphere. Restaurants, golf, and shopping among many other things are just minutes away. There are two swimming pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffle board and a family charcoal grilling pavilion for your enjoyment. The Emerald Coast is consistently rated among the best in the U.S. and for good reason.
During high/peak season, this unit is rented only for seven night stays (Saturday to Saturday)

What began as a long awaited time with friends and relatives ended abruptly when we were called home do to a death in our family. ( my stepson). As we had been there for only one week and had paid in full for four weeks. Knowing that we probably would not be compensated I was amazed that I received an email showing that $1218.14 been charged to my credit card without informing me. How unfair and unethical! It has been resolved but we are left with a bad feeling about the Islander.

We show that you were scheduled to check in on 02/21/23 and stay with is for 4 weeks. Per our policy, we have an automated system that does charge the remaining balance 14 days prior to your arrival which is now 30 days prior to your arrival as of 01/01/23. Per our policy no money will be refunded after that date. We apologize for the inconvenience but we are glad that we were able to resolve this issue for you quickly. Very clean and nice the beds was a little hard to our liking but other thank that we will definitely be back next year. Also we got engaged while we was on vacation this year.

place was just as described or better. very clean, everything was just about perfect, was even closer to the beach than expected, 5 min walk with elevator ride, beach services were great also.

Overall it was a good experience. Room was nice, but definitely dated. Not a very long walk to the beach, but the beachfront area isn't very long. Overall the stay was good and we had a good time

Very spacious, clean unit. Well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. This gave us the opportunity to cook some very delicious meals using local fish and produce. Great view from the back porch with very comfortable seating. Very enjoyable and relaxing visit.

It was an overall wonderful experience once again as I travel plenty. Friendly and attentive staff with household items issues. This is my 2nd time with The Islander within 2 months. Would‘ve been nice if had a return customer discount.

Unit was absolutely spotless including the deck!! Kitchen well appointed and even had a decent set of knives. Frig sounded like it might stop any day but worked through our stay. We had an ocean view and were a 5 minute walk from the beach. Alex greeted us each day and always found the best beach chairs for us. Our kids rented a kayak and paddleboard as well. Our check in person was not very informative. She was not friendly but not unfriendly either. We were a bit disappointed that we did not know about live music night, would have enjoyed participating. Beach was well maintained. Overall a wonderful experience.

This unit was just perfect! Right on the beach with great restaurants nearby. The unit was very clean and suited our needs. 4 women slept comfortably in the Queen bed and 2 twin beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Such an easy vacation rental. Paid online, check-in was a breeze. Place exactly as described. Can see the ocean even if from a small distance. Short and easy walk to beach.

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a great time. Loved the pools and hot tub. It is a little walk to the beach but that was fine. The shoreline was very narrow and I didn't like the horseshoe umbrellas but I do understand why it is done. All in all a great vacation.

The Islander was an amazing place to stay! The location was perfect, the staff great and this is definitely our new favorite place. Our condo was well decorated, neat and tidy, the grounds were well kept- I even loved that they had rolling grocery carts to bring up your grocery store purchases. We had an issue on our last day with the air conditioner, and the staff looked at it promptly and had an air conditioner repairman out very quickly to take care of it. Will be back again!
