Newly renovated, this beachfront condo offers unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the entry to the private balcony, and is just steps away from the beach. Listen to the waves crash against the shore and watch the dolphins play in the water everyday to fully enjoy your experience in unit 602. This unit is graded platinum.
Unit 602 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom, and a queen sized, pillow top “cozy” brand mattress on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has undergone many renovations and upgrades: new lighting, artwork and painting throughout, new kitchen granite counter tops and appliances including a Duo Coffee Maker, a living room with plenty of seating, a new 4K, 55-inch flat screen smart Roku TV and 4K blue ray disc player. The master bedroom has newer furniture and bedding, a king-sized luxury pillow top mattress, and a 40-inch HD flat screen. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, spacious granite counters, two sinks, and a comfort height toilet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a 40-inch 4K smart flat screen TV, and DVD player. The guest bathroom has a new quartz sink and comfort height toilet.
Removed from US Highway 98 traffic, but close to restaurants, retail and amusements, walk or jog on Holiday Isle's sidewalks through quiet streets, close to Noriega Point park. Play tennis, or pickle ball on the resorts two courts, activity rentals on the beach, or two pools and hot tubs. Enjoy Destin's crystal waters and sun sitting in complimentary beach chairs with umbrella during your stay. (Set up on beach March 1 - October 31.)

Beautiful unit with a beautiful view! This rental was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It's so nice knowing you don't need to pack the kitchen sink, and most everything you could possibly need, is provided for you. Great location, not too far of a drive away from food and entertainment. Really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

1st time to Destin. great family vacation spot. the islander resort is nice. charcoal grills outside, shuffle board and pickleball were fun. condo was clean and great gulf views. staff was nice and attentive. close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. would stay again

My cousin recommended this property to me, and I would also continue to recommend to others. We were very pleased with our stay. The view was beautiful, the decor was perfect for that beach vibe. Most importantly, the unit was very clean. The location was perfect, as everything was convenient and close by. We will definitely be back.

Condo needed a few things tightened up as towel racks were loose and one had minor drywall damage. The unit itself was wonderful, great furniture, amazing view. We will have to stay again. I proposed to my girlfriend right in front of the condo on the beach!

We love unit 602 and had a wonderful stay! This is minor, but if a new shower head could be put on the shower of the master bath for max pressure - it would be helpful. This unit is decorated so nicely and the personal touches make it that much more cozy! We wish we were snowbirds and could stay there all winter.

Great place to stay. This was my favorite condo at the Islander, compared to all the ones I stayed in the past. They even had a Keurig machine and an air fryer, which made life easier. The view was perfect, and we will definitely stay here again!

The unit was awesome, very updated, clean, and all the household items a person would want or need for their stay. The view was great - full view of the beach. A consistent sound of the waves hitting the beach. Unfortunately, no direct sunrise or sunset.

This was our 4th time to stay there in the last 15 months. Loved it not being on busy Hwy 98. The view from this unit is breath taking and the beach chairs/umbrella guy Alan is awesome!! We also love that it has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Our favorite places to eat are The Back Porch and Louisiana Lagniappe. The water taxi to the HarborWalk Village was awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 602. It is beautifully decorated - the pictures online are 100% accurate. Super clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The walk to the beach is easy, showers to wash the sand off when you get back are convenient.

Very pleased with this unit. A few little extras made it even better. Loved having a water filter on the kitchen sink and the power strip with USB ports attached to both side of master bed. Appears to be recently updated with new appliances and furniture. Beds were very comfy. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary dishes, cookware and utensils. Love the location of this this property as it away from the crowds and noise. All staff was very nice and the beach attendant was amazing. No negative surprises at all.

Had a great time with my family here. At first, I was a little bummed that balcony access was not off of the master suite. I got over that really quickly! The balcony was a good size with a great view. The walk to the beach is also not bad at all. For the price that you pay to stay here, which is a bargain, I was willing to forgo some conveniences, like not having a washer and dryer in the condo (which is usually a must for my family of 4). As a matter of fact going down to the laundry mat and knocking out 4 loads of laundry in just over an hour is much quicker than having a washer/dryer in your unit. The staff I encountered were friendly. And I LOVE that the units here come with an umbrella and two chairs! At other places I've stayed, I usually have to pay $40-60 per day for this. We will be back for sure!

This was my 9th winter vacation at the Islander and my 5th in Condo 602. I call it my winter home with the million dollar view. The Islander staff is very professional and friendly. Many activities are available to the snowbirds, some organized by our own committee such as Pickle Ball, Darts, Bridge, Mahjong, Cribbage, Chili cook offs, luncheons, water aerobics classes, exercise and yoga etc. and other functions by the Islander such as the Welcome Back, Mardi Gras and Closing Parties. All in all our vacation time is full of fun things to do.

Enjoyed our stay as usual. Staff very helpful . Love the towel exchange & chair /umbrella arrangement on beach. Unit comfortable, but feel carpet in bedrooms not clean. Should be replaced maybe with a tile. Sand & carpet not a good combination.
