Crystal clear waters, sugar sand beaches & sunsets that look as if they were hand-painted await you in this sixth-floor condo. This unit was remodeled in 2017, then completely redecorated in 2019, so it is ready for you & your tribe to get your beach on! Just a short walk over the dunes & you’ve arrived at one of the best beaches in the world! Take it all in from your 2 complimentary beach chairs & umbrella, available March 1-October 31. Later, challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard, then loser gets to cook dinner at the pavilion on one of the BBQ pits while everyone else takes a dip in one of the two pools!
Unit 618 accommodates up to 6 people with a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the guest bedroom, as well as a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa, with TVs in each room.
The Islander Resort offers :
• Two pools with disabled lifts and two hot tubs
• Tennis Courts and ample parking
• Two Shuffleboard courts
• Barbecue grills and covered outdoor seating/eating area
• Free Kids Club program for guests (inquire @ front desk during summer months) or ask about list of excursions/rental discounts for Islander renters only
• Workout facility
• Onsite management and check-in
• The Resort has designated smoking areas (inquire @ check-in); No smoking allowed in rooms or on balcony.
• No more than 6 people in a unit
* No pets
• Guests receive initial set up of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guests need to provide their own supplies after initial supplies are depleted.
* Beach Service Attendants will facilitate extra beach activities for a fee.

The unit was very nice as always but I must say the sofa and loveseat are very old and uncomfortable which limits entertaining or relaxing inside. I have been visiting over 25 years and fist time I had an unwanted pest insect in the unit which was not something you want to deal with on vacation.
Also one of the elevators is becoming extremely clunky for lack of a better descriptor.
I fully intend to return and cant wait till next year!

Being that we are in Florida, we tend to deal with bugs frequently but we make sure to have our units treated by pest control quarterly. This was by far the most laid back, family fun friendly place we've ever stayed. Extremely clean and quiet but not overwhelmed with rules. We're already looking at dates for next year.

Our rental experience was great. Everything was clean and felt like home. The 2 pools were nice and didn't get too over crowded. The beach is so close to walk to. We were very pleased with our experience and will book with The Islander again!

We stay in this unit for three months each winter, and feel like it’s our 2nd home.
The view of the ocean and Jetty are great and sunsets are beautiful.
Unit is clean, beds are comfy and staff friendly. Pools clean and grounds well kept. New pickle ball courts.
Area has every kind of restaurant desired and lots of retail shopping.
Winter weather not like so. Florida, but no snow to shovel.

My family and I have been coming to you for years. It is our home away from home. This September we rented 3 units (under separate names). One difference I noticed - more noise from our neighboring units, boom boxes late at night pounding a beat on the wall, general rowdiness of some guests. The Islander used to frown upon noise, disrespectful guests, etc. It was surprising to encounter it in September, since it was not spring break. Had invited my aunt & uncle singing your praises and their unit was next to the noisiest partiers. Otherwise, love your property, pools and beach front and treat it as if it were my own home.

We have enjoyed every moment in our condo. The view is not bad for not being ocean view. We slept so good on those beds and wonderful room for 4. We were able to eat on the balcony or the dining table. There’s several appliances to use to make smoothies or coffee. And also some kid friendly toys for those who have little ones.

The condo was very clean and comfy. The view was amazing for the price and all of the pictures online were accurate. An added bonus was the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that are included with each condo on the private beach. My only complaint would be that the guest bathroom needs some updates. The bathroom is dated and some of the fixtures are starting to degrade. All and all the stay was great and this will probably be our go to rental for years to come.

We had the best time! The condo was immaculate and spacious. It’s only a short walk to the beach, it was easy to get back and forth for lunch and naps. We have a 5 and 1 year old and it was perfect for us! We got to cook and relax, almost like we were home but with better views. We can’t wait to come back!

This condo was perfect! The condo looks exactly like the pictures posted. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Unit was very clean and nicely update. On the opposite end from the elevator and the last unit on the hall so very quiet. Target is located right down the street and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Kitchen in stocked well for cooking too. Front desk receptionist are very friendly and helpful. I have recommended this property to my friends and family already and definitely plan on returning to this condo in the future

While this possibility was listed in the rental agreement, check-in was delayed 2 hours because room was not cleaned. Front desk and housekeeping were short staffed. The gentleman at the laundry exchange was slightly rude. The location was good.

My family and I loved staying in Unit 618. The view was amazing and the inside was very clean and appliances up to date. The condo itself had games for our son and surf board and beach toys for the beach. The complimentary beach chairs saved us a lot of money as well.

We rented two adjacent units and thoroughly enjoyed both rentals. We have stayed in 616 for years and the only complaint I have ever had is that none of the kitchens are ever equipped with good cookware for cooking.

Long overdue trip & we couldn't have felt more comfortable away. The staff was great out condo was perfect & the balcony was peaceful! We loved it so much we're going back
