This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #103 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. The pool and Destin's beach are conveniently located outside your 1st floor walk out balcony. You will be just steps away from Destin's Beach. All units are non-smoking.
Condo 103 is freshly painted through out with new crown molding. The living room features new sleeper sofa and love seat and wall mirror. The living room has a 42" flat screen HDTV for your enjoyment. Both bedrooms have recently been upgraded with new furniture and plantation shutters. The master bedroom has a 31” flat-screen HDTV. The Master bathroom is private to the Master Bedroom and offers a combination tub/shower and washer /dryer as well. The Guest Bedroom has an 18” flat-screen HDTV. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

• The Islander has designated smoking areas (Inquire @ Check-in)
• No Pets
• No More than 6 people in a Unit
• The Islander has a Kids Club Program Free for all Guest (inquire @ Front Desk) or Ask a about our V.I.P List of Excursions/Restaurant Discounts for Islander Renters Only
• Guest has initial set up of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guest need to provide their own for the remainder of the stay once depleted

You will Enjoy Destin's Crystal Green Waters and Sun Sitting in Your 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs with Umbrella During Your Stay. Set Up On Beach From March 1 Till October 31.
Experienced Beach Service Attendants will facilitate extra beach activities for a fee.

We had a great time! Probably our 5th time coming here. Great location. Owners recently added a washer and dryer. A big plus! Only thing was the TV in living room. We couldnt change channels even with new batteries in the remote. We didnt watch much TV anyway.

2nd night here my 10 yo and 21 yo step son's sinuses really started messing with them. 4th night my 10 son's sinuses started messing with him. I started smelling mold in the bathroom. 5th night I notice mold along the wall by the vents on the ceiling. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be down in the morning. They said they would be treating it with bleach. My husband is from Louisiana. He knows a lot about mold. If you use bleach on mold, it turns into pneumonia. We told them to hold off until we leave the next day. We stayed out of the condo as much as possible.
With all that being said, the condo was nice, very convenient.

Everything was wonderful. The only minor disappointment was there were no shuffle board sets available to play shuffle board.

We booked unit 103 as we had some friends staying a few doors down during the same week. We had never been to Destin but thought, why not? It was by far, the best vacation yet with our kids. The unit and resort were awesome. We loved being on the ground floor near the beach and the pool. The unit was clean and the resort was awesome.

Location was awesome, but the condo was not very clean when we arrived, and it was very musty smelling. The staff was friendly and brought us a de-humidifier to help with the smell. The pool was always very clean and nicely kept. The beach access was great. Overall, we thought it was a good value for the price.

We've made annual trips to Destin for the past 30 years-it never disappoints. We've been staying at the islander for the past 15 of those 30 years. Something to be said for that. Highly recommend The Islander-haven't stayed in a unit yet that we were not happy with.
