Islander Condo #113 is a West View, Gold Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is perfect if you want to be near the pool and do not want to fight the stairs or elevator. It is 50 feet away from the pool and the patio steps on to grass. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.
The kitchen has new updated appliances and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area with new furniture to watch the 32” Smart TV with digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed with new, modern bedding, and a 31" TV with a DVD player. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom boasts 2 twin sized beds with modern furnishings and an 18”TV and DVD player. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Enjoy your ground floor patio overlooking the pool and shuffleboard court.

My husband and I gave ourselves a long overdue beach trip. The Islander did not disappoint. The condo was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. We loved the 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. The hot tub at the pool was heavenly. We had everything we needed to get started; however, please be aware that some items you need to buy or bring with you that other condos supply, i.e., salt/pepper, dishwashing liquid, extra trash bags, etc. They do supply one extra trash bag at bottom of trash cans, 2 dishwasher detergent tabs, small soaps in bath and kitchen, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bath. The rest is up to you. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We had the absolute best stay with the Islander. We stayed in the bottom level condos & the entire experience was perfect. We loved the condo (SO CLEAN!), the pool and hot tub were so nice, and we took advantage of the pavilion and grills each nice! So fun!

Always like coming here. The place is clean and I feel safe here with family and friends. Unfortunate that at least a few cups of coffee not available in the units anymore. People that fly into the area don’t always rent a car and can’t make it to the store. Otherwise, all was well and I will be back again with my family. We rented 6 units. This is one of 6.

We had a wonderful family trip with one group staying in 116 and one in 113. We loved the location, the ground floor convenience and the west side pool.

It was FABULOUS ❤️ The condo was the perfect size for the four of us. Loved being on 1st floor so my granddaughter could play in the grass and catch lizards and frogs. The unit was immaculately clean. Islander staff were so friendly and helpful. Laundry was conveniently located and never crowded. Pool was right outside the patio doors, great with a 5 yr old and the beach was just a short distance away. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella and the guys were so nice, frequently checking on everyone. Will definitely be back against Thank you to the Blairs for sharing their condo with us ❤️

This condo was perfect for a quiet, restful week. The unit was very clean and all furniture was very nice and looked new. We enjoyed being able to walk right out of the condo to the pool and the beach was only a short walk away. It was also very nice to have beach service. I would recommend this unit.

This is second time we have stayed at Islanders but a different condo. This condo was nice and equipped with what you need. Love how the pool is right outside the patio. I don't mind the little walk to the beach and each unit has a free beach umbrella and two lounge chairs for each day.

We had a great stay in Unit 113. Loved to walk right out to the pool. The beach isn't just on the other side of the pool, like we thought, but it was a very short walk all on the property's property. We played tennis one day with raquets/balls from the front desk. All was great!

We have stayed at the islander for over 20 years. It has been such a wonderful experience. The beach is convenient, the pools are well maintained and this year we stayed on the first floor and walked right out into the beautiful sunshine, used the lawn to play games, enjoyed the shuffleboard and the pavilion. Everything from the service at the front desk to the best umbrella service on the beach was perfection. There were even extra floats in the storage of this unit for us to enjoy at the beach and our party of six enjoyed every moment.
