Nestled in this private, gated community, this coastal haven provides a Master Suite with king bed, new mattress and 32" TV/Blue Ray player. The Guest Suite includes a queen bed, one bunk bed, 32" TV. The Living Room has a new queen sofa-sleeper and 58" TV/Blue Ray player. Free cable, high-speed Internet and password protected WIFI provided. The Kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, complete set of cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, waffle maker, *2020* newly added washer/dryer, walk in shower and more.
All units are non-smoking.
The Balcony provides views of the gulf, private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, covered pavilion, shuffle board areas, BBQ grills and picnic tables. FREE Beach Service is available for our guest during March-October. Another private pool, fitness center, tennis courts and 24/7 laundry facilities are located on the property as well. Restaurants, shopping, water sports, entertainment, golf, grocers and amusement all nearby!!!

Couch was not very clean- needs to be professionally cleaned
Toilet handle in guest bathroom almost fell off.
Toilet seat in master bathroom needs tightened, seat isn’t secure.
Door on vanity in the master bathroom is missing screws for the hinge on the left side. Door is not secured to the vanity.
Floors were not clean. If you walk around barefoot your feet turn black. Sand is expected but not to be filthy.
Proper cleaning and maintenance isn’t being done in this rental property!

Condo was perfect for the 4 of us and baby. Everything that was needed for a great vacation and more! Loved the extras- sand shovels, pool float, extra beach chair. Washer and dryer was used daily- loved that accommodation. Comfortable beds! Overall a very pleasant place! Yea

My only complaint was the view is not as good as the higher levels. The room was very nice! I’ve stayed at The Islander a few times before and always loved the location.

This unit was perfect for my wife and I. It had a spare room that could accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids plus the 2 of us that we didn't even use. Perfect location in regards to Destin and a 1 minute walk to the beach with the whitest sand and clearest waters out of anywhere we have stayed in Florida. Highly recommend this unit!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. We chose room 206 and we loved the view, the cleanliness,the professionalism. It is an updated unit and it made us feel right at home. We're planning to go back and choose the same exact room.

Our first time to destin and we enjoyed every minutes of it the room was very clean and awesome layout.the managers were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again. Suggestion: would be nicer with an ice machine and a little roof at the smoking area. Otherwise it was an awesome place

We have stayed in several different units at the islander over the past several years. We stayed in 3 different units this year due to availability and this was our favorite. We've never stayed in a unit with washer/dryer combo, this was very nice, but it means you only have one sink in the master bathroom. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms are always a plus. Overall a very nice, clean unit. The appliances and nice. Our grandkids enjoyed the bunk beds in the spare bedroom when they visited. Only negatives - I'd prefer to be on a higher floor because of noise from the pool area and the view is more desirable. The cabinets have been repainted and the finish is kind of rough. I could hear running water in the middle of the night from the second bathroom. I would get up thinking a toilet was running, but I think it was from the unit above is.

This was our 2nd time to the Islander. This condo was lovely. Had everything we needed and more. The beach had washed away considerably since last time we visited. We love the Islander. Safe and great location. The teenagers did their own thing and I didn't have to worry.

Our vacation was great. The condo was very nice and had a great location. The unit was well furnished and clean. The beach was easy to get to and the pool was very close. The staff was super friendly and checking in and out was easy. I highly recommend this location.

We loved staying at the condo. Can't beat the location, right on the beach. The place was clean and the staff was very pleasant. Just wish they had a "late checkout" option. 10am seemed a bit rushed for a weekend getaway...maybe noon? Just a suggestion...
